Unsung Heroes of the Civil Rights Movement
Martin Luther King, Jr. was an incredible leader in the Civil Rights movement, but he wasn’t the only one! In this activity, students can choose another Civil Rights hero to learn more about.
First, share the Unsung Heroes of the Civil Rights Movement Thinglink to allow students to choose a hero to research. Then, have students create copies of the Infographic Activity to help them share what they learned in a fun, creative fashion. Finish by discussing the most interesting information your students learned along the way!
Awesome…it’s what you do!!!
