STEM-ing From The Past
A timeline activity to teach your students about how our American roots are grounded by Black American leaders in the field of STEM.
In this activity, your students will explore a few of the countless contributions Black Americans have made to science, technology, engineering, and math. Through this interactive activity, students have the opportunity to use their critical thinking skills to research historical innovators who have had an impact in STEM fields. They will then use that research to better understand when these innovations occurred in our history.
