Lights in the Darkness

Lights in the Darkness

Sometimes, the world seems like a dark place. But all of us have the power to make it a little brighter! In this activity, your students perform random acts of kindness. They can perform them individually, or you can perform a whole-class act. When you’re done, record acts of kindness as points of light on the Lights in the Darkness map.

Then, have your students challenge other classes to do the same! As students across the country join in, they can start a movement that makes the world a little kinder place!

Teacher TipHave your class see which areas don’t have many lights yet, and see if they know any schools there which might be interested in participating!

Awesome…it’s what you do!!!
